PeerZone Toolkit

About PeerZone Toolkit

PeerZone has developed a series of 52 Toolkit Workshops that can be delivered alongside the Toolkit resources which are located at www.peerzonetoolkit.com.

The workshops are categorised in three levels: foundation, Intermediate and advanced. The foundation workshops: income, work, housing, services and physical health are available to all PeerZone facilitators.

The intermediate workshops: relationships and belief and purpose, and the advanced workshops: self-management and mental wellbeing are available to PeerZone facilitators on completion of a “How to facilitate PeerZone Toolkit Workshops” online training session, run by PeerZone coordinators or PeerZone Central.

Market Research

The design and development of PeerZone Toolkit is based on extensive market research in the mental health sector:

  • 800 stakeholders told us service users feel under-engaged in their recovery and service workers feel under-resourced to support recovery.
  • A review of forms and resources in five services found no comprehensive, practical, interactive resources to help people achieve their goals and sustain momentum towards recovery.

PeerZone Toolkit features

PeerZone Toolkit is organised around 10 life domains: mental wellbeing; physical wellbeing; self-management; housing; services; work; income; relationships; belief and purpose.
